Return & Refund Policy – Blue Bird Event Printing
At Blue Bird Event Printing, all products are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been approved and sent to production.
Custom Orders
• All items are produced specifically to your approved design, quantities, and specifications.
• Change of mind, event changes, or cancellation after approval are not eligible for a refund.
Artwork Approval Responsibility
• Clients are required to carefully review and approve all artwork prior to production.
• Once artwork is approved, Blue Bird Event Printing is not responsible for errors including (but not limited to) spelling, grammar, dates, colours, quantities, or layout.
• If incorrect information has been approved by the client, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Quality Control & Misprints
• If an error occurs due to our quality control or production process, we will arrange a free reprint of the affected items at no additional cost.
• This does not include issues arising from client-approved artwork.
Reorders & Express Production
• If a reorder is required due to client error, a new order must be placed and paid in full.
• As a courtesy, we will offer complimentary express production (where available) on reorders; however, printing and material costs still apply.
Payment Terms
• All orders must be paid in full prior to production.
• No items will be printed, dispatched, or reordered without full payment received.
