SHIPPING POLICY
Blue Bird Event Printing
Effective Date: 8th of January, 2026
At Blue Bird Event Printing, all items are custom-made to order. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES
All orders are produced after full payment and final artwork approval.
Production Timeframes
• Standard Production: 3–6 weeks
• Express Production: 2–3 weeks (must be selected at checkout where available)
• Foam board signage: 1–2 weeks
Production times do not include shipping time.
+ 1-4 Business Days for Express Delivery
+ 2-8 Business Days for Standard Delivery
2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
• We currently ship within Australia only.
• International shipping is not available.
3. SHIPPING METHODS
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post or an equivalent courier service.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
4. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
• Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the courier service selected.
• Estimated delivery times provided by carriers are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
• Blue Bird Event Printing is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
• Blue Bird Event Printing is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• Re-shipping fees will apply for orders returned due to incorrect address information.
6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
• We will assist with lodging a claim with the courier where applicable.
• Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes and handling are outside our control.
7. LOCAL PICK-UP
• Local pick-up in Sunbury may be available by prior arrangement only.
• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
• Collection timeframes must be adhered to, as storage space is limited.
8. SHIPPING & REFUNDS
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• No refunds or reprints will be issued for delays caused by couriers or postal services.
