TERMS OF SERVICE

Blue Bird Event Printing

Effective Date: 8th of January, 2026

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Blue Bird Event Printing website (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. SERVICES & PRODUCTS

Blue Bird Event Printing provides custom-designed and printed stationery, signage, and related products. All products are made to order based on the selections and details provided by the customer and approved artwork.


2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Payment in full is required at the time of purchase through our website.
• Orders will not enter design or production until full payment has been received.
• All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated.


3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
• Cancellations requested after artwork approval or production commencement are not eligible for refunds.


4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPRINTS

Custom Products

• All products sold by Blue Bird Event Printing are custom-made.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered for change of mind.

Artwork Approval

• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs.
• Once artwork is approved, Blue Bird Event Printing is not responsible for errors including spelling, grammar, dates, quantities, layout, or colour selections.
No refunds or credits will be issued for customer-approved errors.

Quality Control

• If an error occurs due to our production or quality control process (e.g. misaligned printing, incorrect trimming, image not centred), we will reprint the affected item(s) free of charge.
• Refunds are not issued — reprint only.

Reorders

• Reorders due to customer error are treated as new purchases and must be paid in full.
• Where possible, complimentary express production may be offered as a courtesy; however, printing and material costs still apply.


5. PROOFING & APPROVAL

• A digital proof will be provided before printing.
Five (5) proofs are included with your purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Additional revisions beyond this incur a $15 fee per proof.
• It is your responsibility to check all spelling, names, dates, times, addresses, and details.
• Once final approval is given, no changes can be made, and Blue Bird Event Printing accepts no liability for approved errors.


6. COLOUR VARIATIONS

• Colours may vary slightly between screen displays and printed products due to screen calibration and printing processes.
• Colour variation alone does not constitute a fault and is not grounds for a refund or reprint.
• Reorders or additional quantities may not perfectly match original colours.


7. PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES & DELIVERY

• Standard turnaround time is 3–6 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
• An Express Print option (2–3 weeks) may be available on selected products and must be selected at checkout where available.
Foam board signage has a standard turnaround time of 1–2 weeks, unless otherwise specified.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control.


8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:
• Provide accurate information and wording
• Review proofs carefully prior to approval
• Respond to proof requests in a timely manner
• Advise of any critical event dates before purchasing

Failure to do so may result in production delays.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All designs remain the property of Blue Bird Event Printing.
• Designs may not be copied, reproduced, edited, or reused without written permission.
• We reserve the right to display completed products for marketing and promotional purposes, unless requested otherwise in writing prior to production.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Bird Event Printing is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Event cancellations, postponements, or date changes
• Errors approved in final artwork
• Delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers


11. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a remedy is required, our obligation is limited to reprinting the product or supplying the service again, at our discretion.


12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
