Turnaround Time:

Wax seal adhesive stickers are produced within 3 weeks from proof approval.
Express production (2 weeks) is available for an additional fee.

How to order:

After purchase, you’ll receive instructions to submit your initials, monogram or logo and confirm your colour selection. A digital proof will be provided for approval prior to production. Please review all artwork carefully, as approved designs will be produced as supplied.

Please note:

We always strive for a refined, high-quality finish across all wax seals. Due to the nature of wax and the stamping process, each wax seal will have its own unique shape and character. While we aim for a clean, rounded finish, slight variations in shape, edge definition and texture may occur. This is a natural result of working with wax and is to be expected.

Refund & Return Policy – Wax Seal Products

As all wax seal adhesive stickers are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind once artwork approval has been provided and production has commenced.

Please review all artwork, quantities and colour selections carefully prior to approving your proof, as approved designs will be produced exactly as supplied.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or there is a production error that differs from the approved artwork, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
