If you require more than one additional card, this can be arranged during production and will be invoiced separately.

Artwork & Turnaround Time

  • Artwork proofs supplied within 1–2 business days from submission of your wording form

  • Five (5) complimentary digital proofs are included with your order

  • Any additional proofs beyond the included five will be charged at $20 per proof

  • Standard production turnaround: 4–6 weeks from final artwork approval

  • Express production: 2–3 weeks from final artwork approval (additional fee applies at order checkout)

Refund & Reprint Policy

Due to the personalised and custom nature of our products, no refunds are available. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for change of mind.

In the event of a printing issue, misalignment or quality fault, Blue Bird Event Printing does not offer refunds. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a reprint of the affected items only, subject to the original items being returned to us prior to reprinting.

All artwork is approved by the client prior to printing. By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for all spelling, wording, layout and design details. Blue Bird Event Printing is not liable for errors approved in the final artwork.

How to Order

After purchase, you will receive a wording form to submit your details. A digital proof will be provided for approval prior to printing. Please ensure all wording is correct at the approval stage, as artwork will be printed as approved.
